What is CrossFit?

 

Structured programming consisting of Workouts of the Day, or WOD’s, that incorporate challenging elements for all fitness levels. These classes are specially programmed for those who have completed the On-ramp program. Standard CrossFit classes build on the foundation the On-ramp program provides, encourage individuals to intensify their workouts and maximize potential. A single WOD will be programmed for the day and each class will complete the same workout. Please feel free to switch class times around in accordance to what works best for you schedule, but may we suggest that once you select a time that works, stick with that time as you will develop a better sense of community and camaraderie.
