On-ramp Intro Program
These classes are designed for those new to CrossFit however they can also benefit seasoned CrossFitters. Each class will focus on the functional mechanics of CrossFit and promote conditioning through scaled intensity. Workout scaling is based on individual capabilities and each class provides further instruction on skill work, covering basic movements as well as features of standard CrossFit workouts. After completing the 12 workout on-ramp classes you will proceed onward to the normal CrossFit programming. Intro classes are a wonderful way to learn and refine your movement as well as hone technique.
